Hi Jason, I checked it with UEI, Mr. Kim of UEI. To enter Bug Report mode, 1. Keep press BACK(IR) + OK for 3 seconds. Then LED blink once. I saw this log from console b'd as follows [ 2860.774137@0] --> skbrm_raw_event: id=0x03, size=5, data= 03 41 00 00 00 [ 2860.775504@0] key down 232 2. Keep press BACK(IR) + OK for 2 seconds more, then Start Bug Report.(I'm not sure that this step should be implemented in your side or not) Please keep in mind that BACK key is IR mode, so RCU should toward STB. |

Mr Yoon, 1. The log you provided is only shown in BT mode, so I am not sure why you mention Back Key must be in IR mode. key down 232 is OK (CENTER) key. According to your test, when you pressed both keys, you only saw one key event. (OK key event). We didn't see both events. 2. it is not necessary for us to implement Bugreport feature, because it is original Android's design. (Please check attachment) Android Framework keep checking key down event of BACK key and CENTER key for Bugreport feature. We checked nvidia shield TV, it can detect 2 key down events when we press both key at the same time. For the Bugreport feature, I think Google will ask us for implementing combination key in both modes (IR mode and BT mode). Hi Jason and Mr Yoon, I verify bugreport function at version V15.502.20 is work. [Step] 1. pair RCU in BT mode 2. press [OK] and [Back] at the same time for 5 seconds 3. one message will display on notification panel |
